These SMS Terms explain how Graystone uses text messaging, how consent works, and how you can opt out or request help.

SMS Program Description
Graystone Risk Management and Insurance Services may send SMS/MMS messages related to insurance inquiries and services. Messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, document requests, application updates, renewal reminders, policy service updates, payment reminders when applicable, review requests, and other communications related to your relationship with Graystone.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number to Graystone through a website form, phone call, text message, email, in-person conversation, quote request, appointment request, or other opt-in method, you agree that Graystone may send SMS/MMS messages to that number.
Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or any other service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your requests, quote activity, appointment activity, policy service needs, renewal timing, and your ongoing relationship with Graystone.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Graystone is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm your opt-out. After that, you should not receive further SMS/MMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Privacy and Mobile Data
We use mobile numbers and SMS consent information to communicate with you about Graystone services and your insurance-related requests. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Carrier Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your carrier, device, signal, network availability, and other factors outside Graystone's control.

You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, please notify Graystone or opt out before the number is no longer yours.
